This wonderful 2 bedroom 2 bath cottage has Ocean and River views. A screened back porch gives a great view of the vast Marsh and wetlands. The front has a very large Sun deck. Just across the street from the beach there is a short walk to the "washout" and to the Morris Island Lighthouse. The cottage is comfortably furnished and perfect for a couple or a family of four.

There are pros and cons to this residence. I would like to start with the pros. The location of the house is wonderful. 250 steps from the ocean. The beach is just across the street. You can see the ocean from the master bedroom and outside deck. You can spend a lot of time sitting on the breezy deck.
Lovely house in a location perfect for families wanting to enjoy the beach in a COVID friendly fashion. The house was clean and met our families needs. Check in and check out went perfectly. Would definitely book again.
This house was amazing! The kitchen has been remodeled since the photos were taken so it’s very open inside. Great views of the water from all angles, amazing outdoor spaces, and fantastic location. Can’t wait to stay again!

Fantastic COVID friendly beach option - very far from the center of Folly which was definitely crowded with many people not wearing masks. The space was exceptionally clean and the location is fantastic - easy walk to the beach. You will want to bring basics with you - things like coffee filters, trash bags, paper products, etc. Porches are absolutely beautiful - we spent most of our of time on them - ate our meals there, watched sunsets. So grateful for this getaway during such a rough time - highly highly recommend and can't wait to be back!
Great location for public beach access, just a short walk away. The washout is too far to walk to and about a 17-minute bike ride away. You get a peek of the ocean from the large front deck. Enjoy amazing sunsets from the back porch. Love the slow pace with the distance from town, a great place to relax and unwind.
