Situated right on the Atlantic, this charming two bedroom / 2.5 bath Folly Beach vacation rental home features a large great room and dual decks with deck furniture for unbelievable views and a private walkway to the ocean. The living room area has a pull-out sofa and wireless high speed Internet and video services. It's a short walk to the Washout to catch the best waves. Both bedrooms are located on the second floor each with their own private bath. Home was renovated and upgraded in 2012 with new paint, new tile flooring downstairs, new carpet upstairs and new lighting. Features: Master suite with private balcony and whirlpool, dual decks; private walkway; WiFi; 2 TVs; icemaker; washer/dryer; ceiling fans; microwave; pull out sofa; grill; outside shower. No Pets. Saturday check-in.

Loved this house! The location & views is what makes this house amazing. We spent more time outside than we did in the house which you should when you have the beach as your backyard. The house was nice, very beach house vibes with all that you needed for your stay. Check-in was easy & the company even dropped off beach chairs and umbrellas for us to use which was a nice added bonus and great service. Would definitely stay here again. Few things to note: lots of stairs for any folks who have issues with that. There is a public access point a short walk away if needed. Make sure you bring your supplies with you as noted in the instructions.
Great place to stay with amazing proximity to the beach. You walked out the door, down a short path (15 yards) and you’re on the beach. We went during COVID and the place was spotless. Sheets and towels were left on the bed so you knew they were fresh. Check-in was via text (no person to person contact). The beach was not overly crowded and let people easily socially distance. There’s a public beach entrance two doors down but parking is very limited. But it still did not stop ppl from being spaced out. If you’re on a budget and looking for a place with beach access, this is it.
Had a great time here. Very cozy & great views! Will be staying again. Not sure if it’s it’s always like this, but we had our 15 month old and all the outlets had been baby proofed. Very nice touch!
We had the best staycation at this house! We currently live in Mount Pleasant, SC but wanted to stay on Folly while our 10 year old spent the week at surf camp. Little did we know camp was only a short walk from the house!We loved being ocean front and loved being near the restaurants. We called maintenance after hours one night about the shower doors coming off their tracks and they came to fix it within 45 minutes! We are hoping to rent this same house next summer during surf camp but this time we want to stay longer! Thank you for such a wonderful vacation!!

Location is everything and this house definitely has a great location. Ocean front and close enough for short walk to Center Street, but seemed miles away when enjoying quiet outdoor time. The house needs a little TLC, but we saw signs of work that is slated to be done and that will make this an even better place to stay. The views from both outdoor decks are awesome. We will definitely stay here again.
