I was a little nervous about booking this because there were no reviews at that time. We were pleasantly surprised! Great place, very clean, without any frills. I’ve big TV in living room and smaller one in one of the bedrooms. Great quiet location, didn’t feel like 2 blocks to the beach. I was also a little nervous about the cleanliness because of COVID 19, but I found everything to be clean and tidy. Also- this is our 2nd time with Fred Holland and very happy with them. I
