Despite a house in front of Summersalt, you still have great ocean views. This charming, affordable beach house has had recent renovations with new mattresses in all three bedrooms, new living room and dining room furniture, and new carpet. The spacious kitchen and dining area accommodates seating for 10. In addition to the standard central heating and a/c, a washer and dryer are on site. There is complimentary wireless internet for those who need to be online. From the deck, you will be sure to enjoy the great ocean view and suntanning. Take time to feel the refreshing ocean breeze on the patio beneath the house. Don’t just view the Morris Island Lighthouse from Summersalt, get closer by walking on the beach (accessibility tide-dependent). Adequate parking is available under the house and on the house-side (paved) and behind the house (rock).
Perfect location. Very clean and comfortable house. Only steps from the beach which made it very easy to pop in and out to/from the beach throughout the day without having to haul everything in/out.

Summersalt is the perfect location. For families with children of all ages. It’s secluded enough that you have plenty of space on the beach. Great place to go and relax.
